This sauna shirt is a good way for me to not only sweat, but it helps me to lose weight

It smells like.. fish? I’m fairly sure not all of them do. This happens occasionally with Amazon. But it makes me sweat a lot and works perfect!

I’m usually a large or medium in shirts but for this I ordered a XXL because of the material inside of the sauna shirt. Definitely glad that I did because it fit perfectly. Not too lose and not too tight.

What does to try and lose some weight by sweating? Don't know if I truly believe in the science of that. But it does feel good to have a good sweat once in a while. Still highly recommend even though I think the science is dubious

I tried this sauna shirt for the first time while doing cardio and began to sweat a lot. Sweat was dripping down my crack and I felt warm throughout my workout. Didn’t feel excessively hot like other sauna shirts, just enough to get you warm and sweating. I feel I could wear this throughout the day l but don’t think it’s safe to do so.I wear size Large and ordered an XXL which fits perfectly.
