The bed was delivered way earlier than expected – a pleasant surprise! However, the Amazon installation process was quite frustrating. It kept getting postponed repeatedly, and I finally had to reach out to the supplier directly. Thankfully, they were super responsive and arranged for installation promptly without any further hassle.Post-installation, we noticed wood powder falling from the screw areas every day. Our local carpenter suspected this was due to poor-quality wood at the joint points. I reported the issue to the supplier, and to their credit, they took immediate action. Within a couple of days, they sent replacement parts and sent over a team to reassemble everything properly.Now, the bed is perfect! It’s got a good height, generous size, looks absolutely elegant in our room, and feels sturdy and well-built.Despite the rocky start, the supplier's quick response and the final product quality deserve appreciation.

Horrible bed frame. The frame is so bent that the metal rod doesn’t sit in the slot and keeps falling off while you’re in the middle of your sleep. Very irritating and annoying.
