Stitching poorly finished, this is not going to stand the test of time, very disappointed, if I had seen the quality of this item in the shop I would not have purchased it.

Not the quoted size
For the price, you really can't complain about the quality, it's fine for what it is. I bought it just to protect my work bag from condensation when taking a chilled meal with me. My reduction in stars is because it doesn't measure as advertised. I was looking for something specifically at least 23cm and this said 23.4. Perfect! Not! In reality it is 21.5cm at the widest point and the internal size is only 19.5cm. I am keeping it because it was cheap and can be used for smaller items but I ordered it based on the dimensions quoted which are incorrect.
