Great electric wall mounted fire.Have been looking for a replacement electric wall mounted fire for a while, this true flame model got great reviews so decided to purchase and have not been disappointed. Really easy to install took about an hour after removing old one.Tested and was suprised how realistic the flames are. The side led back light's are a nice touch. Easy to control from the remote or top pannel, lot's of functions like flame and back light coulor, on screen display for temp , auto or manual mode and 7 day timmer for heating.In all great electric wall mounted fire, easy to install , great value for money, super fast delivery and a lovely enhancement to our living room.See the short video. Perfect for our small snug. Looks good. Easy to set up. Wall mounted. Love the various colours. Only downsides are the black cable. White cable would have been better for us and another metre in length. Very happy with it so far but early days re operation as it’s not winter. I’m currently using the pebbles. In winter I’ll change it for coal effect. Great effects.

The media could not be loaded. Had it for a few days now. So far so good.Lovely to have it just for the lighting and aesthetics. Makes the room feel cozy 🫶Heater isnt that loud. We need to mute the tv to hear if its still on or not! On the lowest 1000w setting it warms up the room steadily and turns off when it gets to the temp we set it to.We have wired it into an elecrtic socket but if we didnt have that option we would have had to use an extension lead for it to reach our plugs. The wire wasnt really that long.Remote didnt come with batteries.Pebbles are quite small. We prefer the log effect.Overall, it has made our living room look really cozy and we love it so far. Not too expensive and will be ideal come winter time. Love the different light options and heat settings. Can be controlled with or without the remote 😊

This product is absolutely beautiful. It has different modes and colours on and also has different coloured backlighting. It's very quiet. I would strongly recommend. Best fire by far.

Lovely fire. Gives a lovely warm feeling to the room

I have only tried this fire to check it works as not fully installed it yet due to works being done at home but it looks stunning with the different colour options along with the led's. The heat output seems fine but I will probably only use the display as have ample heating in my lounge. Looks very classy and much more expensive that it cost. Received excellent service from the company with the fire arriving earlier than expected. It was extremely well packaged with an inner and outer box to ensure it did not get damaged in transit. Can't wait for it to be installed as will be a lovely feature and focal point on my chimney breast wall.
