Which night cream is good for dark spots

I use this strictly as an eye cream. It has lessened the dark circles under my eyes, is not greasy (so my mascara doesn’t smear) and has really helped with the fine lines/wrinkles. I am very happy with this product and therefore won’t even try anything else!😱😆

Does this work on very droopy eyelids?

I haven’t tried it on my eyelids personally. It is a fairly good eye cream for light puffiness under the eyes, but it does not reduce significant puffiness.

When do i apply this? after toner, before moisturizer? after moisturizer? thanks!
