Great product

Caused acne like spots - tried twice and no luck!
My first time trying marine collagen and unfortunately this seemed to give me quite bad breakouts. I tried it the first time for a month and after a couple of weeks started getting quite severe, sore under the skin spots but did some research and it said this can happen some times as your skin may go through a ‘purge phase’. I stuck with it for a week or so more but it just didn’t get better so stopped taking. I then recently started again recently as thought it may be a blip and the same thing happened - after a couple of weeks I got sore, under the skin spots which only settled after I stopped taking. Not sure if the Marine one doesn’t work for me as all the ingredients look clean/safe in this one so going to find a Bovine one instead

Didn't work for me
Did absolutely nothing for me so can only give 1 star. I may try a different brand but not sure yet, as what will be different?
