By definition Extra Virgin Olive Oil is first pressed at a low temperature. If it wasn't cold pressed, then it is not extra virgin olive oil.

It is the regular RIT color of olive oil. The bottle is colored so it changes the appearance in Bottle. This is a very good unfiltered olive oil. I prefer unfiltered because it is much more natural and healthy. You need to shake it up before using
