Excellent
This worked on first application. We noticed wasps entering a hole underneath a concrete slab. This powder cleared them straight away and it was easy to direct the nozzle into and around the hole and puff the powder out. Great value for money and fast delivery.

Wasp nest killer powder
Product works but is hard to squash and point to where wasps are entering nest which is under a a stone coping on a garden wall. I will persevere. I have also used the foam spray which blocks the entrance but then melts.

Does not work as quickly as hoped
I used this to treat a wasp nest in the ground. I located the entrance and applied three puffs of the powder directly into the entrance. I then noticed plenty of wasps landing on, or walking through the powder and entering the nest. 24 hours later there was an obvious reduction in wasp activity, and one wasp was dying close to the entrance. I applied three more puffs of powder, again directly in the entrance. 24 hours later, there was further reduction in the number of wasps (only a couple seen leaving the entrance, plus one staggering around nearby). So, the product certainly affects the wasps and the delivery mechanism is effective (squeezing the bottle cleanly delivers a good amount of powder). I expect that the nest will finally die off, but this product is certainly not guaranteed to have killed the nest off within 24 hours, or even 48 hours.

Very effective
I recently discovered a wasps’ nest suspended from the top of the door frame of my shed. It was growing rapidly and I could no longer safely enter the shed because there were so many wasps. Initially, I thought I would have to call out the council but their pest control service was suspended due to Covid restrictions. In any case, their charge was £75, and I was anxious that this could be a recurring problem as I have created a garden that is attractive to insects. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and, after a lot of reading about different products, bought this powder, along with a boiler suit, beekeeper gloves and a hat with insect proof netting to protect myself in case I ended up being attacked by a swarm of wasps. This all came to less than the cost of the council call-out (and I will be able to use the clothing for other purposes, such as pruning my roses). I donned all of the protective gear and tentatively approached the wasps nest during the evening when it was raining. Because it was late and raining, I assume all the wasps were in the nest as there was no visible wasp activity at all. I squeezed the bottle several times to release a puff of powder into the wasp entrance and, to my relief, didn’t see a single wasp. Two days later, I opened the shed to again find no wasp activity but several wasps lay dead on the floor. I can therefore vouch that this powder definitely works and is a much cheaper option than using a pest control service! I’m just amazed that I was so worried about the whole thing as dealing with the problem turned out to be so straightforward.

Useless!
Useless! Have done multiple generous applications using a proper wand/bulb applicator (bought separately), but it has had no effect whatsoever. Just as many wasps are buzzing in and out happily 3 weeks on. Contacted the seller but they refused to help. Waste of money!
