Great for about four months...
I loved this seat for the first several months of ownership. Installation was relatively easy, and the functions worked well. Then one day, about three months in, I noticed small crack in the seat. No big deal. It didn;t seem to affect anything else, so I moved on. Then I noticed that the water would be scalding hot when it first cam out of the nozzle, coming down a bit as it ran. It was so bad this morning that I had to jump off of the seat! In fact, it still hurts. This is the kind of incident that leads to lawsuits. I had no way of measuring it, but the hot water had to be at least 130 degrees, and the seat was set to "yellow" for the heat. Crazy!! I unplugged the seat to "reset" it, but it continues to malfunction. All of this malfunctioning bahavior is new - like I said, for a few months it worked perfectly.I tried to contact the seller, but they are not available for support after only three months after the sale! That's terrible. My window for support apparentlyu ran out on Mar. 30, 2024 which was literally three weeks ago. No customer support, no options. No solution. I just spent $50/ mo. to use this seat, which will now have to go to the curb, and I'll have to buy one from a REAL brand that stands behind its product and doesn't hide by providing no contact information.Very disappointed and my butt still hurts.

Fits Toto Drake with Tornado Flush Toilet
I just installed a new Toto Drake with Tornado Flush toilet and my under-seat attachable bidet didn't work with it. Bidets with nozzles that lower straight down will hit the ledge of the tornado flush feature in the bowl. I narrowed my search down to two models of seats with built-in bidet features that were under a hundred that had slanted angled nozzles. What I really liked about this seat is that there is a little door that covers the nozzles. The other model doesn't which leaves a gaping hole that I am sure will gather some splatter which will be impossible to clean. The seat ledge is flat and wide which makes it comfortable under your thighs, the other model was taller and narrower. The outer profile of the seat (a little narrow) does not quite match the bowl, but close enough. Males will lose a bit of front space versus a regular elongated seat but it still has enough room to be able to do 1 and 2 at the same time, unlike a round bowl toilet. For my plumbing, the spay is plenty strong without being turned up all the way. Obese people might overhang the control panel. Installation went smoothly and no leaks, but not as easy or secure as the separate mounting plate attachment of the other model. There is no rubber gasket under the mounting flanges so the seat has to be tight to prevent moving around. I would recommend adding a thin rubber/silicon pad or rubberized tape under the mounting flanges to prevent slipping so that you don't need to overtighten the bolts. It's a keeper and is an improvement over the under-seat model even if it worked, although with the under-seat model you get the entire elongated opening, just not with the Toto with Tornado Flush.

Great product... BUT
The manufacturer AND buyer need to pay attention OR this very decent product won't install well or at all: Good News, it is easy to make adjustments. BUT FIRST... the instructions gloss over the placement of THE BRACKET (Picture A). It is very important where the bracket is fitted as toilets vary. So, test the bracket placement with the bidet pushed on it so that there is a 1/4" or more space between the toilet tank and the bidet... Check the fit on the front of the seat to the toilet to get it right...(Picture B). There is no mention of this in any instructions. SECOND BUT... When you do push the bidet onto the properly placed bracket, it does NOT "click" into place as instructions and video suggest. That is because the plastic cast parts have little edges on them that hit the end of the slot... (see the small red arrows I drew in the THIRD picture); Just shave that small end a tad with a matt knife so that it will slide into place. THERE IS ONE MORE BUT... The FOURTH picture shows a red pen pointing to the back edge of the bidet. That must be shaved also which is easily done by drawing your mat knife toward you so the blade drags on the edge and rounds it off slightly. All this sounds involved but if you are on the lookout for why it does not "click" into place, you can see where this plastic edges hit and where small adjustments are needed. And YES, it IS possible other castings of this bidet don't have these edge problems.

Water connection to seat not as expected.
Generally OK but the 1/4 tube water connection to seat sticks out to the side rather than connecting underneath out-of-the way. Also seat temperature on low is still too warm - higher settings must really be hot. Lastly, instructions aren't well written in English, and not consistent. Best to install, turn on water, then plug in to avoid low water alarm that has to be cleared. Also bathroom lights flicker a bit when this unit operates, even though it is on a separate GFCI-protected circuit than the lights. Product is not UL listed. Probably would not buy again.
