Q: Where does the water bottle go?

You would need to use a freestanding water bottle or a small shallow bowl as there is nowhere to connect a fixed water bottle.

Q: Can you get a 28cm wheel in the cage for a Syrian Hamster

Yes it can place a hamster wheel for 30cm dia or above

Q: Anyone recommend for 2 mice?

No they could nibble the changes on the front acrylic panel unless you can get a replacement panel fro DIY shop.

Q: Is it possible to get replacemwnt pieces as some on the enclosure we have received are scratched.And the black paint is off on one of the metal rods?

I had one Perspex side panel which was scratched. Was told no replacement parts. I had to return the whole item, and order new. Although Amazon promised to refund the postage costs because it’s a bulky item. I’ve had an email to advise it will be reimbursed but the return hasn’t yet been processed as they haven’t yet received the damaged item (only returned a few days ago).
