Is it worth buying this chair or should i go for Savya Appolo or wakefit chair?

I have no experience of using both chairs. May be you can check comparison reviews on Google. But, Da Urban Merilion chair is comfortable and stylish. I liked this chair.

If I’m reclining the chair then I’m unable to lock.(only lock is working at 90^•). So I got defected or lock is not available for multiple degree ?

Chair does not have the locking option when you are reclining.

how is the lumbar support and overall feel of the chair?

Lumbar support is not good. It's just a frimsy plastic piece that moves up and down and not provide any support. Just a marketing gimmick I would say. Overall feel is good but didn't stick for me. I ordered one and it started wobbling side to side after 3 to 4 days. Had to return it. Although the seat was good, nice and soft. But the back rest and lumbar support are not good.
