Is this good for candy making? Like candy apples grapes etc?

I would say no. I’ve been making lip glosses and lip scrub and it works very good for those things but candy apples I would say no. It wouldn’t be enough to make big batches if that’s what your doing.

how many drops per oz of mix do you use?

I used 25 for 10 half oz containers of lip balm and tasted nothing. Do not recommend

How is this oil water soluble? Why is this a flavoring that adds no flavor but fragrance only? Any alcohol?

It does give a hint of flavor , I use it to make caddy apples, if u add more drops it does give it flavor, the colors are beautiful, it works for me
