For the price this bag blows the other EMS backpacks away.
*Updated* I run a first aid charity that does First Aid work at nerd and pop culture conventions. We have been looking for an affordable backpack style bag that can carry oxygen, AED and the entire contents of one of our supervisor bags. We need our bags to be portable and deployable by one person on foot. This bags quality is comparable with our current Rothco EMS and First Aid bags. The whole front of the bag detaches from the main bag. This is one of the few bags large enough to fit a Defibtech AED. Finding thus bag took quite a bit of looking and guess work since most bags were either wildly out of our price range, too large, made for ALS work or would not accommodate a Defibtech LifeLine AED.2/3/17 update: This bag has been in service for about a year. It is still in good condition and can hold a lot of stuff. I can hold a Lifeline AED in the zipper front compartment. However some of the seems are starting to pull at the ends. For the price this is not a horrible thing. One of the major things this bag needs is a chest strap. We added a chest strap and the bag sit much better when walking or jogging. The waist strap and clip could use some better sewing at the end of the straps. The clips tend to work there way of after a while. Other then that the bag is fantastic and well worth the price. Nothing out there comes close to the versatility of this bag for the price. NO other backpack EMS bag has the ability to carry AED, oxygen and EMS gear. Some do two out of the three but never all three. Not even Ironduck has a bag like this and they specialize in making event EMS/First Aid bags.

Great bag for a great price!
This bag meets my need for a personal medic bag. I love the zippered, color coded bags. There are plenty of elastic straps to secure meds and tools. I don’t carry my own O2 so I used the extra space for AMBU bags and masks. I’m able to carry all I need for almost any emergency. I’m quite pleased. I post a later review to give you updates on durability.

Awesome EMS Pack
This is by far the best trauma pack I've seen. I've been in EMS since 2001, and wish I'd had one of these long ago. You have so many compartments and portable packs in this thing it's unreal. Even filled to the brim, backpacking this gear is easy and the straps are strong and fit perfect. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to be fully loaded in the wilderness, mountains, or just traveling.

Better Than I Expected
Actually higher quality than I expected. The arm handles seem as though they are sewn on well and will last. The zippers, however, are plastic and a little on the cheaper side. One has already broken but it was a side pocket so it didn't matter. It is a very sturdy backpack and has a ton of pockets and little pouches to use. They have velcro so you won't lose them when you open up the backpack. We used a sharpie to list what is in each container. We use them for a high school band.

Shoddy construction, good for light use only
For the first couple of months i really liked this bag, but recently it started to fall apart. On the plus side, it has a lot of nice detachable velcro bags in which to put supplies, as well as several compartments with loops for storing airways, bandages, etc. Now the bad news. First, after 2 months, one of the backpack straps connecting to the lower part of the bag blew out. I had to stitch it and glue with epoxy. Then, I started to notice that other connection points of the backpack straps were starting to go, and have had to reinforce them with epoxy throughout. Even so, as an EMT, the daily heavy use that i give to this bag is too much for the level of quality provided. I now wish i had saved my money and gone for a Meret or Statpacks bag instead. If this is a trunk bag or bag which will only see occasional use, it may work for you. But if it is to be used by an EMS professional who will be be using it daily, you will be better served paying more for a higher quality bag, rather than going through this one in a few months, only to end up purchasing a high quality bag in the end. I have already invested an extra 15 in epoxy, not to mention extra time working on this bag to keep it operational, so i consider it to be a very poor investment indeed.

Nice pick for a good deal
I’m a PRN athletic trainer, and this pack is awesome. It’s a great size and the see-through zipper packs inside makes it super easy to stay organized with all my supplies. Seems to be quality construction so far; definitely a great buy.

Lovely Bag
I am not using this bag as an EMS professional, but as a home kit. It feels quite rugged, and is definitely easy to organize! I am a trained Emergency Medical Responder (formerly known as a First Responder) and wanted something to hold supplies that I would potentially want to use in a home situation. This is far beyond what I need for that situation, but I love the bag. It just screams "Emergency Stuff Here!"

Great First Aid backpack, but not so sturdy...
This is a generally great FA trauma supplies backpack with plenty of storage and organizing space. I've had it 2 weeks and both shoulder straps are fraying, 1 is completely torn off preventing carrying this as a backpack.
