Poor Quality
I’ve waited a while for this item but now it’s here it’s really poor quality. Every time you hit a spike the head of the spike breaks off. I’ve had to abandon using this! A waste of money. Have used a similar product before which was fantastic but these pegs are too brittle.

Good product but can be a bit brittle when shaping.
Used to make a border between gravel and lawn.Comes wound up and I found it better to peg it out in a straight line in the sun for a few hours which made it easier to shape.Comes with ample pegs. Does the job well and affordable.

Simple yet effective
Used as a retainer for pebble stone around garden pond.Done on a warm sunny day, making it more flexible to roll out and put in place.Pegs gently tapped into place.Simple, yet very sturdy when placed.Happy Days

Great product, strong pegs.
I found the 50 pegs was very useful to hold the edging to the exact shape. The product is delivered in a tightly rounded circleGreat affordable alternative to metal edging and it is easier to bend and form curves.I don't understand all one star reviews. The edging is flexible enough to shape waves and even small circles. It will snap if you use to much force, but you can feel how far you can go with bending it before it may snap. It is even easier to shape it if you leave it in a sunny spot to make it warm. I tried to dip the product in a hot/warm water and that worked well. The edging become much more flexible.Overall is is a good product and with a bit of imagination you can create different shapes.

You must warm it up
Difficult to rate. It mentioned in the comments that you need to unravel and leave for a while then put it in warm water. Did all that and it was still brittle, snapped a few times and was difficult to install. THEN... because it was a very hot day, the second roll which had been on the grass got quite warm with the sun, it was much easier to manage. I think the instructions need to be much clearer on how ‘warm’ the thing needs to get to make it manageable.

Waste of £30
Tried to lay this today and every time you just hit the plastic pin into the ground (with the appropriate mallet) it just keeps snapping. It is so brittle it just snaps. We didnt do a metre and it just snapps. Didnt even tough the side edge but snaps. The pins didnt snap. It was just by banging them in it just snapped/split. Rubbish. Waste of £30. Do not use.

Super
Saw this on a YouTube (original from USA). I can’t express how I love this item. Absolutely perfect for garden. Will need two people to put together, but not impossible for one person. I recommended to my sister and she loves it too.

Not Flexible Enough.
The edging is not as flexible as it should be (despite the word flexible in the name). It snapped broken in 3 places just as I was trying to secure it with the pins in a straight line and had to start over twice. I actually had better result when I secured the pins next to the strip avoiding the holes. This applied less pressure to the material. One would have "OK" result if they need to form a circle or some similar shape. If you need a straight line, but don't have an edge to align it to, then this is not the product for you. Similarly, if you need to have a curve in the opposite direction to the one it comes bent in, it can snap easily. A bit more flexibility would have been better. I had a feeling this is a plastic that has been exposed already to the sun for years - it is so fragile at places. If I knew this before I purchased, I would not have paid this high price. I would say this is worth less than half that much for this quality.
