Q: Will this fit any elongated toilet as a seat replacement? Or is it only for Toto toilets?

This is ONLY for the G400 Toilet base it will not fit on any other toilet. If you are looking for just the washlet to put on your current toilet here are some model numbers that TOTO sells that fit most all toilets MINUS ones that have a curved back design tank like the Kohler Santa Rosa SW584 SW574 SW2044 SW2034 SW2024 SW2014

Q: Does this have a warranty? Do you provide an extended warranty? If the product doesn't work who pays for the shipping back to the company?

It comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty. I bought my from Amazon warehouse, which was only $550, probably a return. It was in new condition, but flash was working only from remote, not from display. In reality I only flash from remote. However I contacted TOTO and they sent me a new unit and pre-paid label to ship original back. Apparently it was a big JOB to remove old and install new, so I regret doing this. I don't see offer for extended warranty. I might call Amazon and ask. It is a great toilet/washlet, which I use and enjoy. I am sure that you will love it too.
