It does help.
This eased the swelling on my legs a lot but found it difficult to apply as can't reach very well.

Smells lovely, but not noticed any medical benefits, and is it really organic?
I’m a sucker for anything organic, and this massage oil smells lovely. It contains all natural oils, blended with a pleasing mix of essential oils. I do have a couple of doubts about this oil though. Firstly, the name of the company producing it are called Sera Organics, but on the product bottle, it doesn’t actually mention in the ingredients list that this blend contains any organic ingredients. You are led to believe it does based on the company name, and it does say on their website that they try to use organic ingredients where they can, but it would be nice if it was specifically mentioned on the label so that there is no confusion about what you are actually purchasing.Secondly, although I like this massage oil for the uplifting and light natural fragrance, I haven’t noticed any medical benefits, or improvements to my circulation. Maybe this is just something that I’m not likely to notice. I’m not sure.Overall, this is a very nice massage oil, but in my opinion, many natural massage oils are equally as nice. I probably wouldn’t buy this one at the price it’s being sold for. I know I could pick up something else quite similar which is soil association certified organic, and for a similar price or even less. Once opened, this one has a 6-month shelf life, so you do need to be doing quite a lot of massaging to be able to use the bottle up in time.

Lovely smell and feels lovely on the skin- on the pricey side for its size
I bought this product for massaging my partner who struggles with sore and swollen joints. It smells lovely- natural and not overpowering at all and glides smoothly on the skin. My partner felt better after I used it on him but it's too early to say if it will have a huge impact. It's a very small bottle and the price is high but the ingredients are good quality and you don't have to use too much at once so it will last a while. Certainly filled with good, beneficial ingredients and my partner prefers this to the cheaper oil we usually use. I like that it's produced in Essex as we prefer to use local products where we can.
