This has to be the best pre-workout I've used. I do not experience any jitters, not even a slight tingling. Focus is good and the creatine is HCL instead on monohydrate, so you don't have any water retention. The creatine content is also way more per serving than the Con-cret creating pills I have as well. It mixes really well, and the taste is delish! Quality ingredients, next I will try the cherry kiwi.

This comes a bit chunky as a powder making it seem like it has been exposed to moisture. I don't know if it has or not. The flavor is great but a little chalky. It helps my workouts and seems like a good product.

The pineapple flavor is godawful, it will leave a disgusting aftertaste in your throat for hours. Don’t even think about dry scooping this cause it doesn’t dissolve well, the powder doesn’t mix well with a cup of water. The consistency is chalky unless you add more water, you’d have to use a shaker bottle to get it blended in smooth. Other preworkout I’ve tried never had this issue, most of the competitors will dissolve & mix smoothly in the water. The effects of the preworkout are good, it will give you a nice pump and I’ve noticed more focus in workouts. But the quality isn’t there with this preworkout, I found multiple foreign particles in the powder, it’s low quality. They need to increase the quality control, you can tell just by looking inside that it’s bottom of the barrel ingredients & purity. Also I wish they would add beta-alaine to this formula.
