Failed and not a good product. My last one lasted me over 2 yrs from tuauto this one not even 6months. Wires over heated fuse area melted so I couldn't even replace the fuse

Works well
Works the way it should. everything was packed very good and nothing was broken. did 6 melts and all came out nice. Easy to use. With the zinc melt at 1100 F the outside was not hot to the touch.

I DISLIKE THE KETTLE WHAT THE MEATAL GOES IN, IT TO SMALL, NEED A BIGGER SIZES.

Works great! CORRECTION
I just got this electric furnace, I already have a propane furnace. The electric one is very precise and I prefer it for my precious metals. Easy to use. Arrived on time, and very securely packed.After just 7 melts, it WILL NOT power up. No lights, no nothing. There is no fuse to change. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Literally had it a month.
Had this a month. Used it half a dozen times. Worked well until it just completely stopped. Checked all the connections and the checked the fuse. Won’t turn on, I won’t do anything. It is now scrap metal! Tried finding troubleshooting and replacement parts. Having a hard time. Would not recommend.

Find another brand.
Don’t waste your money. Stopped working for some unknown reason. Company agreed to send replacement parts that have yet to arrive.
