The suggested amount to take is 2 capsules a day with food, not to take it within an hour of taking medications, and not to exceed the recommended dose.The first day I took these, I had a headache all day. I stopped taking it and a few days later I tried taking it again to see if it was the supplement causing it. Again I had a headache, so I’ve stopped taking them for now. I’m going to try taking 1 capsule a day after the holidays, to see if my body will tolerate that better.The bottle has 60 capsules in it, so taking the recommended dose, it would last for 30 days. If I am able to take 1 capsule a day, it will last for about 2 months.

Real talk - I was very put off when I opened the jar the first time and the cotton wool was stained orange. I quickly realized it must have turmeric in the capsules to make it orange like that. Sure enough it does have turmeric as one of the ingredients. I have been taking these for a week and I haven’t had any strange after taste after taking them. They don’t upset my stomach. There are many ingredients that I am very happy to be supplementing my diet with for overall vitamin and mineral completeness in conjunction with my diet. I like that they come in a glass jar also as I am eschewing plastic for things that go in my body. The quality is very good and I’m pleased.

Otherwise, this is a good quality supplement, that I would order again. After taking it for a few weeks, I've already seen a small amount of new hair around my hairline.
