Well they arrived yesterday evening I put on a pair and slept with them on. I do feel they are support ankle heel area. They are comfy and the elastic woven texture of them is like having the stretch bandage on so it’s a comfort to the nerves this little squeegee feeling. I usually wear the knee high ones but these are nice for summer days or nightwear. I do self reflexology which I can’t recommended enough to anyone with foot and leg neuropathic pain even if it’s coming from the spine which mine is. I’m Using these to soothe Ledderhose, nodules in the arches as well as tight Achilles heel ankle weakness and for aiding blood flow circulation to reduce cramps I my calfs. I use herbal oil first then apply soaks. They are a bargain price and look great with trainers. I received 3 black 3 white they were a size sm/med which were perfect for my ladies U.K. size 5 if that helps anyone. I saw lots of these for sale some high crazy price, but really couldn’t see the difference in these to the high priced ones. I’m glad I ordered as I was hesitating at check out, and they arrived so very quickly in less than 18 hours.

Perfect fit relief at last

Great value pack. I ordered these as I suffer a lot of pain in my feet and my Achilles tendons. They’re very comfortable to wear and not restrictive at all but have really helped my pain levels a lot. They fit well and don’t slide about but offer me the gentle support my ankles and feet need.

I didn't really believe these socks would make any difference to my foot pain. They really help me sleep at night. It's like magic. I put them on as soon as I get home. Its incredible the difference they make
