High quality whey-mixes well and no stomach issues
Iโve been using this whey protein for about 3 weeks now, mainly post-workout. The mango and passion fruit flavour is smooth and not overly sweet, which I appreciate. It mixes easily with water in a shaker or milk no lumps, no gritty texture. What I really noticed is how it helps with recovery. I train 4โ5 times per week and usually feel sore the next day, but since using this protein, muscle fatigue is reduced. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a clean and reliable post-workout shake.

Decent but too grainy
Tastes like Kinder Bueno? NoTastes like hazelnut? YesThe shake is very grainy and the sweetness is good. It has like a vanilla hazelnut taste to it. It tastes like any other protein shake. It has a slight wafer aftertaste. I think the protein content is good. Easy to use, just mix with water or milk. The value, you can probably get cheaper options but if you want this taste, its a decent price for the amount of protein too. Not too sure if it mixes well for me it was very grainy.

Good protein
Very good protein, I tryed mine for the first time This morning wanted something quick Too get the protein in and mixed two scoops off vanilla with my Greek yogurt, now Greek yogurt is bit bland on its own if anyone knows so decided try this, Mixed very very well after minute or two mixing not a grin left, very fine, but tasted beautiful with the hint off vanilla, definitely order again ๐

Far from the worst but heed this
My favourite protein ran out so I settled for the nearest best value isolate. This came up iso xp by applied nutrition. Tastes good very subtle sweetness which is good but wow this isolate does not digest well at all it certainly isnโt a premium isolate be careful and use a digestive enzyme if your gut can normally handle isolate whey this one has high fat content (lactase). More than likely this is due to the whey this whey is filtered. Probably not cross flow filtered. I committed to 1.8kg of this stuff it is absolute torture even with the digestive enzyme for lactose. There must be a miss print in the values. You have been warned. Despite this it tastes good and mixes well. The powder is very messy and hard to be beat with it a bit chalky rather than powdery. Most possibly due to the powder particle size being so small. Iโd recommend this if youโre stepping up from regular whey protein and want something with a little less fat. However given my reaction to this isolate I would say a good portion is whey concentrate anyway. Not impressed
