Nice stuff
I prefer this fish oil to all others, because it doesn't have any cloying sweeteners, or additives to change the consistency into a more smoothie-like texture like many of the other Barlean's liquid oils, and the orange oil isn't too strong in this one so it doesn't upset my stomach (another similar liquid fish oil, Nature's Answer Omega-3 fish oil, is similar to this product and a better deal, but it upset my stomach after a while and I was burping it up all day). This is just right; it doesn't taste fishy but it isn't sweet, it just tastes like mildly orange flavored oil. And, unlike the other Barlean's smoothie-style sweetened oils that I've tried, I can quickly feel the beneficial effects of this one (really helps with headaches/eye strain/mental clarity). It's also easier on my stomach than any other brand or style of fish oil I've tried. Really it's an all-around winner, I just wish I could get it in larger quantities and/or in a glass container.I would definitely take this over Barlean's other fish oil products. I think it's the best bang for your buck, but if you like pills than those are good too (not as good of a money saver as this though). Barlean's fish oil soft gels taste like they're filled with this oil anyway, I've bitten them open before and the oil inside tastes just like this product.

Great Stuff
The price is reasonable. The taste is great (for fish oil that is). The citrus flavor off sets the fishy taste pretty well. And while you can still taste a bit of fishy, that's to be expected cause that is what it is. :-)I think someone else commented about this as well but...about a week after I started taking this, my dry eyes weren't so bad any more. And being that this oil is from mercury free fish, it's okay to take while pregnant. And I'm pregnant so I was concerned about this.It doesn't make the refridgerator stick either. The bottle has an easy, no mess top...like the ketchup bottles.I would recommend this over ANY other fisk oil out there...even over flax, which some people argue is better. However, if you're pregnant, you don't want to be taking flax oil because it can cause an estrogen imbalance.

Great amount of Omega 3 Fatty acids for a small price
I've been using Omega-3 fatty acids for several years to treat my high triglyceride disorder. To treat this using fish oils, require over 2grams of Omega-3(The only part that counts is the EPA and DHA part of the fish oil) a day.I've used various high dose fish oil capsules for years but usually end up taking approximately 4-6tabs a day just to meet the requirement. A single teaspoon of this product has 1.1g of the Omega-3 I need. While the lemon flavor is "okay" and covers up the fishy taste, the taste is still rather odd. There is an oily citrus flavor but still has a faint fish taste to it. It's not bad just odd and perfectly tolerable. There's no fishy burp. If the taste bothers you, I'd suggest just using some on a toast with some other spread on top.

The taste is pretty good!
Honestly, I was afraid to try cod liver oil. But I kept hearing how good it is for you.I finally got brave enough to try it, and was pleasantly surprised. There was no fishy taste, and no fishy after burp. To the tongue and pallet it just tastes like your eating a healthy oil. Don’t be afraid to try it.

Using horrible additional ingredients
good taste, but they added unnecessary harmful chemicals, such as soy Lecithin, sunflower Lecithin, and synthetic acids. I would rather have less ingredients, I don’t mind storing in the refrigerator for freshness.

As flavorless as fish oil can be
I love that the dosage is only 1tsp but it is basically oil with a slight slight taste of orange. Like orange essence maybe. Anywho, I mix a tsp of this fish oil with the barleans orange complete omega (add enough to make 1 tbsp omega mixture) and give it to my daughter. Makes it easier to take and she’s getting more omegas. I’ve noticed a huge change in her behavior and her language has exploded- extremely happy with this. Insider tip- if you are a first responder, military, or autism parent yoj get 40% on their website. Will be doing this since we plan on keeping this as our daily routine. We’re all on fish oils now!
