Monterey BT - Bacillus Thuringiensis Concentrate for Organic Worm and Caterpillar Control - 15oz

Having to battle "Sod weebworms" every summer, eating at my St.Augustine lawn with many other products I decided to take a chance that this would Help. Did I say HELP? Absolutely Did!! The active ingredient is Bacillus thuringiensis, a bacterium found naturally in soils. This bacterium paralyzes the target pest’s digestive system, causing them to stop feeding within a few hours of eating the product, where they will die within hours.The trick is a follow-up application 3-4 months later to help break the reproduction cycle.Now I (Spray) twice a year, and haven't seen evidence of the small white moth that hatches out and is the only tell-tail sign, and by then it generally too late, and the devastation to the root system has all ready taken place.

Does what it should do. Easy to mix. Here's a tip: don't bother with little sprayers, just buy a 1-2 gallon sprayer or larger so you don't have to keep stopping to mix up another batch.

Works great to prevent bagworms! Spray them in the spring before they start spinning cocoons. May take some trial and error to get it right, or try doing it once a week after your tree has stopped flowering, to make sure you don't hurt any pollinators. Worked great to protect my Japanese maples

Works well for tomato horn worms. I over sprayed one plant and it wasn't pretty. Use very sparingly as it is really strong.

Product is fine, but it was suppose to include a measuring spoon. The measuring spoon was not included.
