Yes. This tool is designed to hold your hole saw in the desired position. Use a good hole saw and drill along with plenty of cutting oil.

Q: Will this work in a bench drill press?

The Pipe/Tubing Notcher can be used with any hand-held drill or drill press.

Q: It says it cuts up to 2" pipe but the saw kit only comes with up to 1 1/2"...do you offer a 2" saw?

We personally do not at this time; but I'm sure you could source a 2" elsewhere.
