THIS SLING IS TOP QUALITY AND WORKS!!
THIS IS THE JAM!! Top quality everything! And it worked beautifully.I bought my 12# kitty this item in medium. It fit him perfectly but I will say that if your kitty has a big tummy you may want to go up a size. We laid the sling on the floor with the top zipper and neck open then put Temptations treats inside it first. He climbed into the sling to get his treats. I did this so he would associate the sling with something positive. After he’d had several treats and while he was sitting inside the sling we gently closed the neck first and then softly pressed his body down so we could zip it up on top. At that time all the other zippers were zipped closed. I quickly released one front paw and quickly nipped the points off his claws. Then I let his other front leg out and did the same. He struggled just a tiny bit for about 3 seconds and that was it!!! We decided to only cut his front paws the first go-round. I LOVE this sling!

Works Well for a Feline Who Hates to Have Her Nails Trimmed
I have a cat named Annabelle who is a Russian Blue. She has a stocky and muscular build. She is very strong willed and does not like her nails trimmed. We were at odds with this because she needed her nails trimmed fairly often. We tried sitting her in my lap. That did not work. We tried placing her in a hammock type sling. She just wiggled her way out of it. We then tried this Restraint Bag. It is tricky to get her into, but if I hold her on the scruff and have my husband place her legs in the bag, it zips up nicely from the back. We can get her inside of the bag and have a nail technician at the Vet clip her nails quite quickly. We prefer a nail tech because they are used to trimming nails quickly. We hope Annabelle gets rather used to this after a while. However, we do have to give her a mild sedative (prescribed by the Vet) before we bring her to the Vet. This calms her down a little bit. She is still resistant, but not to the degree the first time I we tried this without the sedative. It is the only way we can have her nails trimmed because 1) we do not want her to be uncomfortable with long nails and 2) we do not like our furniture scratched. Her safety and comfort come first. We handle her with care and give her a treat after she gets her nails trimmed.

Works well enough.
This works well enough but my cat hates being constrained and getting his nails clipped. Not the easiest to get your cat into if he objects.

The concept is great
I think it would have worked had my cats not been crazy. The concept is great, and it is a very sturdy bag and the value that I paid for it is nice. The size was good and the functionality would have been great had my cats not been so nuts. Overall I think it was easy to use on my smaller cat than my bigger cat.

Life saving bag
First time leaving a review for anything on amazon but I had to for this product because WOW. I have 2 cats that are absolute menaces to society, i was able to successfully get them secured in it, trim their nails, and be done with both in of them under 10 minutes (secure the neck first then zip them up after). They cannot escape this bag as hard as they squirm/thrash, but it was a quick enough process they forgave me for it right after. GET THE BAG! Also get it size small for your average chunky house cat, if your cats really fat go medium but even with extra room in the bag the neck strap will keep it on them.

Well made, easy to use
I've never been able to trim my cat's nails by myself, and someone always comes away with scratches. This bag has removed all of the stress. I was able to trim all of her nails in less than five minutes, from putting her in the bag, trimming her nails, then taken her out. Well made .

It's a cat hammock
We bought this to make it "easier" to trim our cat's claws, but this cat hammock was a lost cause. It took me and a family member getting our feisty cat in this in the first place, and then found out we could not easily access our cat's back paws while in this hammock.

Too small for my cat
This is a very well-made bag, and it looks exactly as described. I do like the different zippers to access cat's legs and the velcro on the back and neck areas, but it is just to small for my cat. I did go by the measurements, but medium was just too small and he looked like he was stuffed sausage. He's around 11 pounds and 16 inches long. It is really a nice bag, but sadly I cannot use it.
