Amazon arranged a call with the Green Soul team, and they were very understanding. They accepted my return and, based on my needs, suggested the Jupiter Pro. I’m glad I followed their recommendation — it’s exactly what I wanted.The only disappointment was the price — it was ₹10,990 when I first saw it, but it increased to ₹11,990 by the time I bought it. I waited a few days for the price to drop, but it didn’t, so I finally went ahead with the purchase.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the chair and the service provided by Green Soul. This was my first purchase from Green Soul. A friend recommended me to give this brand a try and honestly, I'm happy with the purchase. The chair is quite comfortable for someone like me suffering from back issues. It provides a great support to my back and I can easily sit for good 3-4 hours without any issue. It's quite sturdy as well. The size of the chair fits my needs. All the features work fine too, especially enjoying the head support and tilt mechanism. Overall, it's a value for money!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The chair is really comfortable. Quality of mesh and fabric is also top notch. Some of the plastics parts do feel cheap but it's not a deal breaker because quality of hydraulic feels really goood cushion Overall is also soft and comfy. Lumbar support is average. The headrest also avg. I would suggest go for midback variant. The headrest is usefull only when you lean back. assembly is really simple anyone can do it. Some of the part's which you don't see normally have some quality issues
