Good system! This does everything I need it to do. I'm utilizing this as a safety feature for my mischievous toddler. I first purchased a different set that advertised itself as being exactly the same as this one. It was useless. The sensors were all paired to the receivers already, and couldn't be unpaired, in spite of the directions stating otherwise. Additionally, you could only program one sound for each receiver, instead each sensor. So, any time any door was opened, all the receivers went off, and made the exact same sound, regardless of which door was opened. Pointless for a home with multiple doors. I returned it, and bought this one instead. I was expecting this one to present the same problem, so instead of buying a set with multiple sensors, I bought one box for each door (1 sensor, 1 receiver). To my surprise, this one works exactly the way I want it to, so I didn't even use two of the receivers. We're just using one receiver, with a different chime for each door. We'll just save the other receivers as backups.Additionally, the instructions for this unit are written in clear English, as opposed to the other system, which looks like is was written by AI.

Product works as described. The adjustable volume and tones are convenient. We got this as a solution for our young child sneaking downstairs at night for candy. The receiver is placed in our bedroom while the sensor is on his door. We haven't had any issues with the connectivity with a distance of about 20' and walls in between.

The product was defective on arrival. It would make random music when the door wasn’t even triggered. I thought I would reach out to the company first before returning. The customer service is excellent; it recognized my unit was defective and sent me a new one promptly. If you have an issue with the product, do reach out to them first before returning or leaving a bad review.

Happy with purchase. Easy to set up and mount. Good volume and lots of alarm tones to choose from.

I use this in my office because I’m hard of hearing and can’t hear the door open from the back of the suite. It’s aesthetically pleasing and blends well with the wall and loud enough to be heard wherever I am in the office. Easy to install and instructions are very clear on how to choose your sound. 4 stars only because I wish there were more “normal” sounds. Out of all the sounds, only one (the doorbell) doesn’t sound cartoonish.

Works very well, but does have to be very close. My Door has just enough gap that I had to place the trigger mechanism to over hang just a bit to actually set off the Chime. No problem once adjusted. Working well for a couple weeks now. Will probably purchase another one. Recommended.

This adjustable chime is just the item I needed. My study is adjacent to our laundry room where the door into our fenced backyard is located. The switch is attached to the top of the inside door edge and the door frame. When the goes out, I push the door almost completely closed. When my dog pushed the door open the chime in my ogfuce sounds and I can close the door. Works very goid

It works well and it's easy to use. The battery in the door sensor lasted just a few days, so I had to buy a new battery for five bucks, so factor that in when comparing this to other devices.Update: When I contacted the company, I was very pleased they provided a partial refund to cover the cost of a new battery.
