Udon Lovers give it a GO
Noodles are fairly good in texture. Not overly starchy, udon needs time to soak ,also you can strain the water if you like but there is no need to.No flavour of itself though. You can cook it in any style you like.Suggestion:Boil water, throw in your favourite veggies/ingradients+ these Udon noodles +your favourite sauce or seasoning and have one pot dish.

Loved the taste not the price
Too pricy for india. Otherwise taste is great and texture is awesome.

Quite a decent option
For all those looking for non-maida noodles to make any Japanee or related food, this is a decent option. But it takes a bit of time to cook. It has a different texture and would not recommend it for hakka style pan cooking.

The best you can buy
Thanks to the maggie revolution, we no longer get noodles in the market which have a bite and substance. They are all ultra thin fast to cook no bite kinds. If you agree and wish to have noodles and not 'fast food' Japanese flat udon noodles is the answer for you.And this one fits the bill perfectly.
