Not Lockable
This Patlock was priced @ £83 and advertised as being lockable with key - these are not lockable, there is no key. Save yourself £30 and buy the £50 Patlock instead.

Patlock "Instant" is cheaper option but both products are identical
Two products are offered on website by different suppliers. One uses Patlock name "Instant". The other is called"Heavy Duty" and is more expensive but is an identical product. This is misleading and could cause the buyer to pay more than necessary for same product.

Good security device
Using this item on conservatory doors. Very easy to fit with display labels. They seem very secure and reassuring.

"Heavy Duty " Description is Misleading Customers
The item is described as heavy duty. and double the cost of an 'ordinary' Patlock. I was enticed to buy because I was led to believe by the description that the term 'Heavy Duty' was a superior quality. That is not the case. I communicated with the CEO at Patlock, all the Patlocks are the same, to say 'Heavy Duty' by the seller ADCB Ltd. is to deceive the public and charge them double the cost. The item is Not as Described therefore per The Consumer Rights Act 2015, and is an offence contrary to Reg 5 of The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. which prohibits giving false information to deceive consumers, which this advertiser did. There is now another seller on Amazon Playtine4me depicting the same advert inc. the term 'Heavy Duty'. To update my review, my complaint was upheld by the ASA Advertising Standards Agency.
