When the engraving pen is charging, you can check the charging status through the LED display.

Q: Can I use a rotary tool cordless while charging?

No, the engarving pen cannot be used while charging. You must fully charge it before use.

Q: What should I do if my mini engraving pen won't charge or stops working?

Our rotary tool have a one-year sale service. If the drill fails to charge or stops working. You can request us for repair or replacement.
