Excellent solutions for outdoor/ camping cooking where one does not want sooting of utensils by wood fire.Very easy to use and compatible with most backpacking stoves. The size makes it very portable (6 cans can easily fit in the side pockets of my Vieterra Tail bag. Excellent value for money. One can is sufficient for two basic meals, 1 maggie breakfast and 1cup of tea for 2 persons. But as cooking style may vary from person to person, better try finishing 1 can at home to get an idea about how many cans to carry.
