Product given is not in proper order. I had hooked installation service from Amazon and the carpenter who came to install mentioned 2 parts were defective.. I’m expecting a proper product to be exchanged

Product is super delicate. I got 2 separate board for the backside, after the installation there is a partition which is visible and it doesn’t look good. It should be a single board as shown in the picture. Overall not that great product.
