Is this the 'original' formula or the supposed new! improved formula advanced eczema cream?

Having used this for many years, the new formula appears to me to have increased alcohol in it. (It did sting me when applied unlike old one) To stop it congealing now it no longer comes with the red stopper around the neck.

Can this be used as a cleansing lotion in the shower?

Yes - my mum was told by a nurse to use it in place of soap or shower gel
