I love this scale, however, the quick start guide is very basic, I had to You Tube how to get the kcal and other nutritional measures to show on the scale itself. A QR code with a link to a how to section video would be very useful in that regard. The app is so far working without issue. This scale is fast becoming a fav. item in my kitchen.

These scales are only smart if you input every item yourself. There seems to be no food items recognised from a variety of well known brands I use making it frustrating and no help at all.

Brilliant scale for anyone wanting to track their food. I struggled with knowing how much of certain foods to eat and ended up thinking I was either eating too many or too few calories/fats/protein/sugar with certain things and this has been an amazing help. It has also encouraged me to eat regularly which is something I struggled with before. Also an excellent tool for any type 1 diabetics who need to work out carbs for insulin dosages. My son is able to just add in what he’s having on the app, weigh it on the scale and it shows the total carbs making it far easier and quicker for him to work out his insulin doses.

The software for this scale is rubbish. Very limited user changeable options. Most 5 star reviews are sponsored. Read the independant reviews. Just a glorified kitchen scale.
