It only comes with the Axel Back exhaust. The thumbnail image is quite misleading. It's only the chrome portion in the pictures image.

Nope. It's strictly for the 07 Honda Fit.

Will this work on a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0

Sorry cant help you there as I am not sure. I had specifically ordered it for a 2008 Honda Fit.
