I bought 2 bottles that are sold together and then a third bottle to have a total of 3 month supply. I opened one of the bottles and began taking it the day I received them. Now it’s almost day 5 and I have a terrible rash, wheezing and will be discontinuing the use of this product. This is the only thing that has changed in my routine. I also started experiencing a sour stomach and abdominal pain. I would not recommend this to anyone. Sadly, I wasted $60 dollars on the product based on recommendations for it to help with insulin resistance.

I did take all of this product and had no side effects. I took 2 caps in the morning with food. I wasn't able to specifically see how well this worked. I took it with a stack of other supplements and noticed some cravings subsided and did lose a couple pounds. If I were to take again, I would take 1 cap in the morning and 1 cap in the evening. I like that this was 1500mg as I heard this was the recommended base dosage by some Internist amd functional medicine doctor's recommendations.

I gave this 4/5 stars because I haven't been taking it for that long. I've been taking this mostly consistently (as in I've skipped some days since I started taking it) for about a month now. What I have noticed so far is that I'm not super tired after I eat anymore, unless I've had crappy sleep. I'm loving that so far, and am going to keep taking this and observing!
