I have been taking for over 3 years, but I noticed immediate relief beginning in 2 weeks after taking. Blue-lipped mussel are excellent for treating joint pain in pets but this capsule is not conducive to my pet eating it.

Wife has been having excruciating knee pain for over a year. Just received the GLM capsules 3 days ago. She began taking at a dose of 2 per day. After the 1st day she was noticing some relief. She has seen even more relief the past couple of days. So far we are satisfied with this product, but time will tell if it continues to reduce her inflammation and swelling in her knee.
