I have been taking these now for just over two weeks it’s hard to tell really if they are working but I have stopped taking my blood pressure medication and I’m hoping these work as I read these are good for helping blood pressure to reduce. I will come back in a weeks time to edit. It’s worth a shot and it doesn’t break the bank :)

My opinion this is the best way to take beetroot if you our not into juicing.Also do not expect instant results as it takes time for the effectIt .

before this I used beetroot tablets.but I am happy with capsules as well.
