Q: Has anyone used this with a 3 monitor setup (3rd monitor using a converter)?

I've tried every which way to add three 4k monitors to a Thinkpad, P17 Gen2, and the only way I could finally do it "reliably" was to use an external Thunderbolt GPU enclosure and a dedicated video card. We sell docks. Trust me; I tried every dock I could get my hands on. I even bought some we don't sell. I settled on a Razer External Enclosure paired with an EVGA RTX 3090 I won't have to upgrade for ten years. (this is for office work, not games) HTH

I bought the renewed one. Its fine. Came with all the original stuff including packaging.

Q: Does this support 1440x3440 144Hz? (DisplayPort 1.4)

I don't know. I am using a less intense monitor and there are occasional momentary power flickers with a 24" ACER monitor set at 1920 x 1080
