Q: Will corsair ll120rgb led (three fans with lighting node pro) 43.25 cfm 120 mm fans fit?

I installed two 140MM fans in the top of the case, but documentation states the top can fit 3 x 120MM fans as well. The fun part is the wiring of them.

Q: Will this support asus aura sync?

actually the fans are multi colors and you can change the colors using a remote that comes with the case

Q: What way should the back fan be routed?

I prefer flow font to back so fan, facing outward.but everything options.

Q: Is there any tutorial on how to setp up fans, liquid cooling aio and cables on the panzer evo rgb?

The instructions are in the manual that comes with the case, it also depends on the motherboard you use. Some motherboards are a better fit for particular cases.
