How do you fill it with water?

It comes with a plastic water bottle and one of the horns (spikes) on the back of its head comes out. Fill the bottle with water and fill in in that spot and return the spike back

My kid likes to pick up and shake toys alot. Will water spill out easily if he does that?

I is a very small reservoir with cover. I don’t think it will spill if the cover is on. If it does it is a very small amount.
