There is a small hole at the bottom of the unit. Take something very thin such as a jewelers screwdriver, poke it through the hole and clean it out. Then try it again. Also make sure that you have selected the "High" setting not "Low". Let us know how things go.

I am not sure about the warranty for problem are you having with it? If you haven't flow issues, then there is a small hole in The bottom of the unit. It is a filter and sometimes it gets clogged. Unclog it was a small jewelers screwdriver or some something really small to get in the hole. Post a reply and let me know if that helps.

I would not know anything about the manual however, I have used the most basic common sense methods to maintain and clean the device and have found it to be just fine.
