Thanks for the question! Please note that we do use alumina (aluminum oxide) as a source of shimmer in some of our lip color products. It is commonly -used in cosmetics and is considered safe for cosmetic use. We have another ingredient that has the word aluminum in it, but it’s actually just the scientific name for clay (magnesium aluminum silicate), which is used in some of our lotions and creams.
