How long does this take to charge? We can't get it to work even after it has charged for quite some time.

We used right after opening I mean it lost battery quick but were able to play with it ASAP. We just bought second one bc my dogs ate first one and same thing worked right away. FYI watch your daughters hair someone else told me their kiddos hair got caught.
