this tire is ribbed. Road legal

it only came with one but something was wrong it overheated in about 3miles but we usually only pull it around with the tractor so I wasn't going to bother returning it.

Is this tire rated for road use?

I installed this tire on a log splitter that is fitted with a hitch so it can be towed behind a vehicle. It has performed well for that purpose.
