Multiple use cheap but work Australian plug adapter
I used these recently and they work. The design allows you to plug in 2 pin shaver and oral B toothbrush directly into the adaptor. As you expect U.K. 3 pin plug pushes straight into the Australian adaptor. Cheap to buy and take up little space in my luggage.

Bought for my trip to China. was a bit confused on whether it did or didn't for sure.For me, i find these much easier to use than the multi adapters with a bulky head which can't hold the weight of the plug (let alone itself). These go in, stay in, no sag.
