Hello i have very dark brown /almost black hair. if i put this on my hair for 2 hours will it lighten my hair to a lighter brown shade? please advise

Probably it won't. Natural colouring just adds pigment (colour) on your hair, so from a light colour (fair brown or white) can go to a darker but doesn't work the other way around. I have dark brown hair and I bought the golden brown powder to cover a few white hair. It does work to cover the canes and my hair has new colour reflections on the sun, but certainly hasn't lighten my natural colour. Hope this helps!

Last time I used this product, I mixed it with lukewarm water, and the red streaks in my hair went brown. If the powder is mixed with hot water, the result is red. The hotter the redder and the colder the browner. So it all depends on the heat of the water so you can experiment to get the desired result. It's good that the leaflet in the box explains this.
