Good headset
UPDATE: After using this a bit, I wanted to address the reviews that stated it wasn’t working or they could not be heard. I had that problem initially. My callers could barely hear me. The reason is the mic. Take the windscreen off and make sure the mic is pointed towards your mouth, and there will be no issues. It naturally faces outwards, so it will attempt to move back, but as long as make sure you are speaking into the microphone, it’s good.I use this for occasional phone calls in a call center. The sound is good, and the earphones are comfy, I am not on the phone all day long, so I cannot speak to how they are with continual use. However, I can say this. They can be a bit hard to set up. I tried it first without the adapter, and it errored my phone immediately. I thought I had it set up properly after that with the adapter, only to find after I left for the day (hours later) it was erroring my phone again to the point someone came to unplug it. It is setup properly now, but it took more work than I am used to getting it there. Also the cord, even with the adapter, is quite short. I am always sitting at my desk when taking calls, so I am not affected by this, but if you want to move around while taking calls, you will need an extension phone cord if you get this.

Good purchase.
Very comfortable and having both ears covered really helps blocking outside noises. Only thing I'd like to add to it is a volume control.

Laughably bad
Sounds like you are in a tin tunnel. Very poor quality sound. Horrendous. I have another that's much better made. This isn't worth it even if you are looking for something cheap. It's really poor. I doubt these reviews are legit.

INEXPENSIVE AND WORKS FINE FOR ITS PURPOSE
I had a Jabra wireless earpiece for ten years on my phone and it finally died. To replace it would have been too expensive (the cost has more than doubled for similar earpieces). I am using this at home for the occasional times I need a headset to free my hands up. I decided to go low tech and use a wired headphone with a "Handset" to "Headphone" switch. This headphone has the smaller RJ-9 type telephone handset plug on it and when plugged into the handset jack on my phone, it worked fine (the headset has an inline control that lets you select the "mode" that works best for your particular phone and a volume control for the earpiece). I purchased a switch (GN Netcom DanaSwitch) from a company called Hello Direct, that lets me switch between the handset or the headset. (The switch cost more than the headset - the switch's RJ-9 plugs into the telephone's handset port and has 2 RJ-9 ports for the handset and the headset, a toggle switch selects one or the other ) The setup works out well for me and was about a quarter of what a replacement wireless unit would have cost.

Decent quality, wish the cord were longer.
I suffered hearing loss this year and need hands free (would otherwise have to use left hand to hold receiver to right ear if I need to write). The sound quality from the other party is good, but my own voice sounds muffled. I wish the cord were another 12" long so I would reach the kitchen counter while I chat. The extension coil doesn't stretch easily enough; several times I've pulled the phone off the desk before the coil stretched far enough. People I'm speaking with say the quality is just fine -- not noticeably different from the standard handset. Still, for the price the product is good enough, and I'm considering buying a second headset for another phone.

Works great
I bought these for work to help keep me from straining my neck since I type and am on the phones all day. These work great. I definitely would recommend calling someone to test the channel you need to be on to avoid an echo. For the price these are awesome though. They block majority of the sound out and they’re comfortable as well.

May not be compatible with Arama call center dialer
I used this headset to work from home. I have an Arama dialer which has the rj9 Port. Problem is no matter what channel I use, my mic is either too low for the person on the other end to hear me, or I can hear a continuous buzzing sound on my end. I had really wanted this headset to work. Not sure if it's incompatible with my dialer or if I have a bad unit. I even tried it without the included adapter, I still heard the continuous buzzing on my end and my customers all said that I sounded too low. I took the mic cover off and aimed the mic right at my mouth. Still sounded too low for others.I will be returning this and trying something different.

Solid product. Good value.
I've used the headset for only a handful of calls, but so far, so good. I may be in the minority, but I prefer headphones to hug my head more than these do. I don't want to use the word "loose" because that's not quite it; they're just not snug. But it's preferable to feeling tight, so it's not a big deal. What I do not like about the headset is the cord. It's simply too short for my liking. If it was 6-8 inches longer it would be perfect. But, again, I could be in the minority. The sound quality is solid, and no one on the other end has told me that it's hard to hear me. The price is a good value. I would recommend this product.
