The bracelet was a little too big for my wrist but removing a link was simple using the tool provided. The bracelet arrived on time and looks exactly as described. Excellent gift packaging supplied. The clasp is a little difficult to unclasp but that is perhaps a good thing as it is less lightly to become undone accidentally.

Quick delivery and looks like the advertised product. It was too large but it was easy to adjust with the tool enclosed. I had to remove 3 links and one of them was a therapy link. However, only time will tell if it reduces the pain as described.
