Chemical Sensitivities
I bought this because I have severe chemical sensitivities and was going to make my own watercolor paint.I put this respirator on for several hours and felt ill for days. I had been waiting for the respirator to off gas but now I don’t know if it will ever be safe for me.

Better seal than 3m
This mask beats 3ms masks. I spray paint for carpentry finish work sometimes. I went through three 3m masks before I bought this and its a serious upgrade. I used to get leaks near my nostrils on the 3m masks but I am leak free with this bad boy. With other masks I found that tightening too much can crush the seal, pinching it and causing a leak. Sometimes it happens when you turn your head too. This mask contacts skin with more surface area around the seal which leads to a pinch free seal even when you move around.I highly recommend this mask over the 3m respirators. Worth the extra cost.

Great multi purpose half mask
In spite of the cryptic instructions, I finally found the neck strap which was retracted into the bottom front of the mask on both sides. I found that putting the head strap on loosely first followed by the neck strap worked best for me. Even though the replacement cartridges are expensive, the pair provided are multi purpose and should last quite awhile. So overall a good value but a little uncomfortable for long duration use.

Perfect for bedlining
I do bedliners as a side job and it can get really bad air quality with sanding surfaces and spraying bedliner, etc. You can't smell anything through this mask. Complete game changer. Use to get headaches...no headaches or anything with this mask! Im also a woman and it's hard to find masks to fit my face and seal around my mouth area without any space. This one has straps you pull it lock it in place, which is ideal. Would buy again.
